Shipping & Return Policy

WE DELIVER TO ALL 50 STATES OF USA. WE WILL NOT DELIVER TO THE P.O.BOX ADDRESS/NO.

We request you to provide full address with name, Street address, House or flat no, State and zip so we will be able to process your order and handover to courier company so you can get your items on time. We request you to provide shipping address and billing address as well.

Please note that there are no shipments made from the store on Saturdays, Sundays , Bank holidays and State holidays due to unavailability of the staff. We recommend you to get your parcel and please check out to sign option with the shipping option so for sure you can get your item.

We are not responsible if someone stolen your item while you are out or on vacation. Please plan earlier to get your parcel with us or with the courier company so courier company can hold it for you as long as they can.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

We make an earnest effort to make sure that merchandise listed on our website is available in stock and that the prices shown are correct. in the unlikely event when we’re not able to send your order or replacement due to unavailability of the product in our warehouse, we will inform you within a maximum of 2 working days from the date you place the order.

CANCELLATIONS

We will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests within 24 hours of placement of order. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or modify orders once they are processed

We will check through all products before packing so you can get your item as we promise. There should be least chances of getting wrong, stained or torn product. if you found something like that we will try to solve that together. We suggest to you contact our customer care team at help@usafashionslab.com as soon as you get the product.

DELAYS IN DELIVERY

these are indicative & approx values only and item can be shipped earlier or later also on case to case basis depending on availability of item and other factors.

Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes. We will keep you informed on the status of your order including delays if any. No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason.

We may also choose to deliver the shipment in parts. in that case if you choose to cancel your order we can only cancel the unshipped part of the order.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING ADDRESS

Any changers in your address needs to be informed to us within 24 hours of placing the order. You cannot make any alterations to your address 24 hours past your order placement/after the parcel is shipped.

if you want to ship multiple products to different addresses we request you to please place different orders for each delivery address. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as some courier companies charge a penalty or incorrect shipping address, wherein the address and zip code do not match. The customer will bear the cost of any such penalties/fees. In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay re-shipping chargers for the reshipment.

Please make sure there is somebody available to collect the package when the delivery is made as in some countries parcels will be left at door if someone is not there to receive the package or no one answers confirmation of delivery made in such cases.

Billing address is the address where a customer gets his bills. Shipping address is the address where the customer wants to receive their shipment. Note both the addresses

LOST IN TRANSIT

We send our parcels fully insured to our customers. If courier company fails to deliver you do not suffer any loss. We will not responsible for lost/stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at customer’s address by postal/courier agency.

if a shipment is lost in transit, we wait for 15 days and then issue store credit or full refund. In case a replacement is not available of the same design we may ask you to either take a refund or select alternate product.

All items are carefully packaged as to avoid any form of damage. We use to send an email confirming the shipment of the order being placed, As soon as the items are handed over to the courier company. There alert emails will contain the tracking number and courier company’s website detail. Tracking number for orders shipped might take around 24 business hours to become active on the courier websites.

if you did not like a product you received please contact us as soon as you receive it. you can return it within 5 days in original packing. We request you to contact us first at help@usafashionslab.com to make it happen for you. when we get the product in condition as we sent to you we will process full refund to the original payment source from payment made at the time of purchase.

If you ordered an item the category on demand it will take time to be ready as per your requirements/measurements. when we got your product from our supplier we will notify you as well. when we get the full cost of the item/product we will ship to you as soon as possible and you will email with details and tracking no.
